Service Agreement

  1. FSBOLasVegasHome.com is an advertising service to help those buying or selling a home on their own.  We represent neither the buyer or seller, and are not affiliated with any real estate agencies or brokers.
  2. We assist the “For Sale By Owner” process by providing internet exposure and advertising around Nevada with mobile billboards, direct mail campaign and searches from anywhere in the world!   We only accept our initial/renewal fees, and no other payments from buyers or sellers.
  3. You choose the plan that best suits you, which all are good for 90 days and you have the option of renewing for another 90 days for $ 10. This is accompanied with FSBOLasVegasHome.com custom yard signs that will be in your front yard within 3 days.  Your listing term expires when your property sale closes, you take your property off the market, list with a real estate agent or broker, or reach 90 days, whichever occurs first.
  4. Services are for one property.  Since all our cost is incurred at the beginning of a listing, service fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  5. Yard signs remain property of FSBOLasVegasHome.com and FSBOLasVegasHome.com does not accept responsibility for accidental injury involving the yard sign or its placement.  Damaged or missing signs will result in a $100.00 charge to the property seller, if the sign is beyond normal wear and tear.
  6. The property seller is responsible for the accuracy of their listing.  Those who knowingly misrepresent their property will be asked to correct the inaccuracy.  Refusal to do so may result in termination of the listing.
  7. For sign removal, please call 702-558-5230 or email pickup@FSBOLasVegasHome.com .
  8. If you live in a Homeowner Association, FSBOLasVegasHome.com is not responsible for knowing the placement of the sign.  If special placement is required, please call 702-558-5230 or email the special instructions to info@FSBOLasVegasHome.com   If a speciality sign is required by your Homeowner Association, FSBOLasVegasHome.com is not responsible for the fees. 
  9. If you forget your username or password, please email us at password@FSBOLasVegasHome.com so we can reset your account.
  10. You are responsible for notifying FSBOLasVegasHome.com of changes in status of your property.
